This morning we landed in Dubai after a very long flight. Not to cramped though and the on board entertainment wasn't too bad. Not really the latest movies but Gene still slept with the TV on. We are very very tired and we still have another long flight to get through.
The airport officials at Dubai International are an unfriendly bunch!
Another long flight on Emirates. Entertainment not so great - same three movies over and over and we saw them on the other plane!
22h55 - 12 January 2013 - we have finally landed in Phuket. Temperature 28 degrees celsius. Taxi waiting for us - yay! The taxi used a rock behind his wheel as a brake! lol
Tanams House is beautifully clean and air conditioned and really only 2min from airport.
We checked in and decided that we deserve a leg stretch so we went for a little walk down the road, not to far because we were not so sure what to expect!
